Next Trail Ride - Saturday 18th March 2023.
2022 Danseys Pass Trail Ride CANCELLED
We’re sure this won’t come as a surprise, but it doesn’t make it any easier to announce that after careful consideration the 2022 Danseys Pass Trail Ride will not be able to go ahead and the event has been cancelled.
We understand the disappointment and frustration you will be feeling, and believe us we are feeling it too!
For those of you who have already registered, we are in the process of refunding your payments and you should expect those in the next few days.
We are now focussing our attention on creating our best ride yet to be held on the 18th of March 2023 so lock in that date now for an epic ride - we know you’ll be amping to go hard on all the tracks by then!
As always we genuinely appreciate all of our riders, land owners and volunteers. We would especially like to thank our Track Sponsors: Bennett Transport, Apex Engineering, Vetlife, Central South Island Helicopters and Calect Electrical for their support.
Stay safe and see you on the 18th of March 2023
Danseys Pass Trail Ride is the longest one day trail ride in both New Zealand and Australia! With over 165km of tracks through private high country farms, braided rivers, forestry, native gorge and rolling farmland in the stunning Waitaki Valley.
The tracks are completely redesigned each and every year, creating a unique, varied and challenging day out for riders of all ages and experience. Our tracks include: Family, Junior, Intermediate, Advanced Tussock, Advanced Trees and Extreme. No two rides are ever the same! Many of our riders return year after year!
Since it’s conception in 1999, the annual Danseys Pass Trail Ride has had well over 20,000 riders take on the challenge. The money raised from this event directly benefits the children of Duntroon School with effects filtering out to the wider community.
